What makes your leads different from other providers?

Unlike many lead providers who resell old or third-party leads, all our leads are freshly generated through direct cold calling and targeted PPC ads. We do not buy our leads from external sources, ensuring their quality and relevance.

Are your leads exclusive?

Our leads are semi-exclusive, meaning a maximum of two people can purchase the same lead. If you want to ensure exclusivity, you have the option to buy the lead twice. Once two purchases are made, the lead is marked sold out and unavailable to others.

How do you verify that leads are off-market?

During our initial contact with sellers, we directly ask if their property is currently listed on the market. If they confirm it is not listed, we mark it as an off-market lead at the time of sale. However, we cannot control whether a seller decides to list their property after the fact.

How often are new leads available?

We generate new leads daily, so fresh opportunities are always available.

Can I get a refund if a lead doesn't work out?

Due to the nature of lead generation, all sales are final. However, we do our best to provide high-quality leads, so if there are any major discrepancies, reach out to our support team to discuss refunds and/or exchanges.

How do I receive my leads after purchasing?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive your leads instantly via email in which they can be directly downloaded. 

Can I request leads in a specific area?

Yes! We offer lead filtering based on location, property type (residential or commercial), and seller motivation. Contact us through the contact form if you have specific lead preferences.

What type of properties do your leads include?

Our leads include both residential and commercial properties, primarily focused on wholesale real estate deals.

Why Shopify and not a custom website?

We wanted to launch on a simple, reliable platform and Shopify is a great platform with a trusted reputation. Starting here works for us because we can study analytics and get feedback from buyers on what to improve/add to our final marketplace. We are currently working on a custom website with special features based on what our buyers like here.
